Adult interest information

The form requests an optional first name, required email address, optional audience category, optional interests (Founding Family Pilot, development updates, future professional collaboration, or adult research), and required consent. It records submission time, source page, and the consent-text version.

When the form is configured and accepting submissions, this information is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database controlled by Villore. It is used to respond to the interests you select, including sharing pilot details before enrollment. A blank interest selection is treated as a general request for relevant Villore updates. The form does not create an account, enroll you in a product, or authorize payment.

Spam protection and technical information

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection. Cloudflare processes technical browser information needed to evaluate a challenge. Tokens are validated server-side and not retained in the lead record. Our Turnstile integration does not request pre-clearance cookies.

Cloudflare hosts and secures the site and may process IP addresses, request information, and service logs. A short-lived rate-limit record uses a keyed hash of the request IP; the raw address is not stored in the lead database or used for marketing. Rate-limit keys rotate in ten-minute windows. Expired records are removed by an hourly cleanup task; they may remain stored until that task runs.

See Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Turnstile’s privacy information. The adult lead database is configured with Cloudflare D1’s United States jurisdiction. This does not mean that all Cloudflare security processing, service logs, or Google Workspace email processing occurs only in the United States. Provider recovery copies follow their applicable retention settings.

Cookies and analytics

The website does not set application cookies or use advertising pixels, Google Analytics, retargeting, fingerprinting, or a newsletter tracking service. Cloudflare’s infrastructure may use necessary security mechanisms. No application analytics are enabled.

Access and retention

Lead information is accessible to the founder and, if later necessary, specifically authorized people administering the service. There is no public lead browser or admin dashboard. Personal information is not sold.

Our intended operational schedule is to review leads every six months and remove inactive leads after twelve months without meaningful contact. Marketing-email opt-out requests must be honored within ten business days. We aim to handle deletion requests within thirty days, subject to applicable legal requirements. These are operating commitments; retention is reviewed by the founder rather than automatically inferred from browsing.

Your choices

Email n.shipp@villorestrategies.com to withdraw update consent, change your selections, or request deletion. Marketing opt-outs can be made by email or by replying “unsubscribe” to an update; they do not require information beyond your email address. Reasonable verification may be needed for a deletion request. Active records can be deleted; provider recovery copies and technical logs may persist for their configured retention periods.

Policy changes and tracking preferences

We will publish changes to this notice with an updated effective date. If a material change affects how we use information already collected, we will explain it to affected subscribers by email where appropriate and obtain further consent where required.

Villore does not use cross-site advertising or marketing trackers and does not change its own data practices in response to browser Do Not Track signals. Cloudflare and Turnstile process technical security information under their linked privacy notices, which describe their processing across the services they provide. No application analytics or advertising personalization is enabled by Villore.

No sensitive child information

Please do not submit children’s names, ages, diagnoses, school information, foster status, custody information, medical information, photographs, or private records through this website. There are no child profiles, artifact uploads, or open child-story fields.

If sensitive child information is sent anyway, the founder should restrict access, avoid transferring it to AI services or other tools, and promptly delete it where practical. A reply may explain a safer route if one is appropriate; unsolicited child information is not retained as research material.

Surveys and community links

The survey hub helps adults select a family, program, institution, professional, or other perspective. Choosing an audience opens its survey page. The chooser does not submit a research response or create an interest-list record. Cloudflare processes page requests as described above. Survey pages do not include the marketing interest form. Research participation is separate from pilot enrollment and marketing signup. All surveys are currently in preparation and no survey responses are collected. Before any survey opens, its questions and actual response handling will be described here. No survey participation authorizes marketing updates. Facebook is available as an ordinary external link; visiting it is subject to Facebook’s own privacy practices. No Facebook widget, pixel, or SDK is embedded.

Email inquiries

If you email Villore, Google Workspace processes the inquiry and the information you choose to include. We use it to respond. Please avoid sensitive child information. Future product participation and child-data collection will require separate privacy and consent arrangements.
